If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and can work shifts, weekends &amp; public holidays, we want you!<br><br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Shift-based, 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays, with Off-in-Lieu provided)<br><br><strong>What You Will Deliver</strong></p><ul><li>To handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers &amp; clients</li><li>To be responsible for order taking, route planning, and driver co-ordination</li><li>Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain a designed staffing pattern</li><li>Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database</li><li>To consolidate the order to maximize the use of truck and vehicle</li><li>Responsible for on-time connections from WH</li><li>Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department&#160;</li><li>Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in the logistic industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry will be a plus</li><li>Having project experience will be a plus</li><li>Proficient in typing in Chinese and English as there are different groups of clients/customers from different backgrounds</li><li>Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel</li><li>Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce</li><li>At least 1 year of Logistic Industry experience</li><li>Able to work under pressure and peak deliverables</li><li>Able to work shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays</li></ul>",
