      "value": "<ul><li>You hold a strong university degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.</li><li>You bring at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in cyber security consulting, security assessments, or cyber governance.</li><li>You demonstrate solid knowledge of common cyber maturity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar standards.</li><li>You have experience conducting cyber security assessments, due diligence reviews, as well as cloud and security architecture analyses.</li><li>You possess a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure security, cloud architectures, identity and access management, network security, and SaaS/security tools.</li><li>You are able to translate complex security findings into clear, business-relevant insights and actionable recommendations.</li><li>You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy contributing to the development of new service offerings, frameworks, and methodologies.</li><li>You stand out through strong communication and presentation skills and can effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ideally, you have consulting experience; security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, or CCSP are a plus.</li><li><span>You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.</span></li></ul>"
