With great resources, an inclusive atmosphere, and a culture based on shared values, we’ll support you in building a solid career with a team you can count on.</p><p>As a <strong>Clean Line Technician</strong>, you will perform chemical and mechanical cleaning of parts and other metal products by hand, solvent bath or other processes to remove unwanted materials.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Learn and operate various cleaning methods, including hand cleaning with industrial solvents, chemical cleaning, grit blasting, and mechanical cleaning processes.</li><li>Operate and maintain metal cleaning equipment such as vapor blasters, wheelabrators, deburrers, and blast cabinets.</li><li>Perform incoming, in-process, and final cleaning, including drying methods (hot water, air, oven).</li><li>Maintain cleaning tanks, monitor chemical concentrations, and perform titration checks.</li><li>Prepare and mask surfaces for cleaning and non-destructive testing.</li><li>Identify and segregate metal parts for appropriate cleaning processes.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, disposing of waste properly.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-train in complementary skills.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or discrepancies.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED.</li><li>Working knowledge of material safety data sheets and the handling of hazardous materials/chemicals</li><li>Working knowledge of related company instructions, company processes, MSDS labels and original equipment manufacturer manuals for cleaning and related processes</li><li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 75% of the average workday</li><li>Ability to read and understand manuals, work instructions and any other technical instructions written in English</li><li>Ability to use a computer and required software.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Characteristics:</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of production management computer systems</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits that make life better:</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive Healthcare</li><li>401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested</li><li>Paid Time Off starting on day one</li><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Health- &amp; Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts</li><li>Short- &amp; Long-Term Disability</li><li>Life &amp; AD&amp;D Insurance</li><li>Learning &amp; Training opportunities</li><li><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Enjoy a better work-life balance with many shop positions offering a 4-day workweek — 10-hour shifts, typically Monday through Thursday.</strong></span></span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#LI-GH1</p>",
