          "text": "<p>Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Workplace Strategy&#xa0;leader&#xa0;to serve as a senior-level consultant&#xa0;for&#xa0;the firm’s National Office Tenant Representation platform. This role is the critical link between a client’s business&#xa0;objectives&#xa0;and their physical real estate footprint—integrating design thinking, change management, and data-driven insights to help clients move beyond simple real estate transactions and create high-performing work environments.&#xa0;</p><p>As the Subject Matter Expert for workplace strategy, you will partner closely with brokers&#xa0;across the country&#xa0;to provide a competitive advantage in pursuits and client engagements by offering&#xa0;a&#xa0;deeper, consultative&#xa0;approach.&#xa0;You will be comfortable in&#xa0;client-facing environments,&#xa0;articulating&#xa0;the value of the workplace, translating organizational culture into space requirements, building business cases, and ensuring clients feel confident and supported through relocation or renovation decisions. This is a consultant role&#xa0;focused on strategic advisory, early-stage client guidance, and front-end business development support.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Client Advisory &amp; Workplace Strategy&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Serve as the firm’s Workplace Strategy subject matter expert, leading current-state assessments, organizational alignment exercises, and future-of-work visioning with corporate clients&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Analyze organizational data including headcount projections, departmental adjacencies,&#xa0;employee engagement surveys,&#xa0;hybrid work policies, and&#xa0;utilization&#xa0;metrics to&#xa0;determine&#xa0;optimal&#xa0;space programs and footprint requirements&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Deliver strategic recommendations on space mix (open, private, collaborative), square footage requirements, scenario planning, and ROI analysis for proposed workplace changes&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Coordinate test-fits with architectural partners and review design solutions for alignment with the client’s workplace strategy&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Advise clients on how to&#xa0;leverage&#xa0;their real estate as a competitive differentiator for talent attraction and retention&#xa0;</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Business Development Support&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Partner with Office Tenant&#xa0;Representation&#xa0;brokers as a front-end resource on pursuits and pitches,&#xa0;demonstrating&#xa0;the value of integrating workplace strategy with tenant advisory services&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Participate in client presentations, RFP responses, and competitive proposals—bringing deep&#xa0;expertise&#xa0;on workplace trends, benchmarking data, and competitor environments&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Deliver a “Workplace Strategy&#xa0;Lite” offering for early-stage business development that introduces the platform without requiring a full engagement&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Build and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;relationships with architectural firms, project management teams, and design partners to support a seamless client experience across the transaction lifecycle&#xa0;</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Thought Leadership &amp; Platform Development&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Define and evolve the firm’s workplace strategy processes, tools, deliverable templates, and value propositions&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Partner with national marketing to develop thought leadership content including white papers, industry trend analyses, and case studies&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Represent the firm at external positioning events, conferences, and industry forums&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Lead internal knowledge-sharing to educate brokers and project managers on how workplace strategy enhances the client value proposition&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Forge strong working relationships with Stream’s Construction and Project Management team to ensure continuity from strategy through implementation&#xa0;</p></li></ul></li></ul>",
