This service is provided at regularly scheduled intervals for assigned facilities. This is an entry level, non-supervisory position focused on Regulated Medical Waste related projects.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;' id=\"isPasted\"><span style='font-size:16px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;color:black;background:white;'>Trilogy offers Competitive pay plus incentives with paid-time off and amazing benefits, including access to medical, dental, vision insurance, company-paid life and disability, 401(k) savings plan with company match, and other wellness offerings. <strong>Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.</strong></span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><br></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong>Pay range $22.00 - $24.00 per hour</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>PRIMARY JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Ensures waste types are properly segregated, regulatory shipment windows are met, proper container labeling is adhered to, good housekeeping is maintained, and accurate tracking logs are kept</li><li>Travel between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Sharps and Pharmaceutical Management Systems</li><li>Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded</li><li>Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled</li><li>Participates and cooperates in safety process, including following written procedures, attending required training and scheduled meetings</li><li>Maintains a minimal amount of manifest errors</li><li>Maintains compliance with applicable environmental, safety and transportation regulations (EPA, OSHA, and DOT)</li><li>Immediately reports any unsafe conditions, incidents, injuries or property damage to supervisor.</li><li>Participates and cooperates in safety process, including following written procedures, attending required training and scheduled meetings</li><li>May provide support or direction to less experienced technicians</li><li>Wears required personal protective equipment</li><li>Performs labor intensive activities such as walking long distances while pushing/pulling service carts</li><li>Performs other related duties as required or requested</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED (accredited) is required</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License is required</li><li>Ability to Maintain required mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements</li></ul><p><strong>EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK</strong></p><ul><li>Able to work an agreed upon standard schedule&nbsp;</li><li>Additional hours as job duties demand</li></ul><p><strong>TRAVEL - OTHER</strong></p><ul><li>Travel to domestic Trilogy facilities when necessary (less than 10%)</li><li>Must have a current, valid driver&#39;s license</li><li>Able to be insurable under our company&#39;s liability insurance policy</li></ul><p><strong>WORK CONDITIONS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
