What You’ll Get to Do The Lead Hand – Shipping Loader is responsible for coordinating and supporting night shift shipping activities to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely loading of glass products for delivery. This role provides hands-on leadership to the shipping team, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards while working closely with production and logistics teams. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment , leads by example on the floor , and has experience in shipping, loading, or warehouse operations . As a key member of the operations team, this position plays a critical role in ensuring customer commitments are met safely and efficiently.
