          "text": "<p>The Project Coordinator plays a vital support role during construction, ensuring all activities align with safety, quality, and project objectives. Responsibilities include scheduling, procurement coordination, document control, quality assurance, and project reporting.&#xa0;<strong>This is an overnight position working Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (EDT).</strong></p><p>The salary range for this position is $80,000 CAD - $110,000 CAD, plus additional benefits.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies</li><li>Coordinate&#xa0;project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.</li><li>Prepare upcoming works activity in methods, procurement and design.</li><li>Review construction drawings and specifications, generate procurement list, RFIs, Change Orders, Permitting, traffic and land information, etc. as necessary.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays</li><li>Implement quality control ensuring and checking works compliance with technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate, prepare, and compile as-built documentation for quality records.</li><li>Provide Management with data and project analysis.</li><li>Provide data and input for month-end reconciliation.</li><li>Report&#xa0;site work activities, track productivity, costs, and progress on Ontario Line South.</li><li>Maintain files and correspondence.</li><li>Liaise with subcontractors, internal departments and stakeholders, as required.</li></ul>",
