The Hospice Registered Visit Nurse will assist our case managers to support in-patient care. She/he is responsible for providing skilled nursing care and teaching to patients and their families in their place of residence. The nurse completes all necessary documentation and clear communication with the case manager and team to ensure the patient and their family/caregiver are provided the best care. This is a full-time exempt position that will travel throughout Adoray's entire service area.
