The goal of the Production Associate is to achieve excellence in all facets of the role; providing the highest quality service safely, while effectively and efficiently increasing profits.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing assembly, testing, problem-solving, material handling, welding, paint line operation, press room operation, and quality control.</li>\n <li>Adhere to workplace safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Operate basic welding equipment to assemble and join metal components according to specifications.</li>\n <li>Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to execute accurate welds.</li>\n <li>Inspect welds for quality and ensure adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.</li>\n <li>Adhere to workplace safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience</strong></p>\n<p>A good candidate is someone who is eager to learn and grow, shows up to work on time, and puts in a hard days’ work. Our formal requirements are below:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work and be able to stand on your feet for several hours. Must be able to lift a minimum of 45lbs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must have good hand-eye coordination</li>\n <li>Competent in basic math and computer skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to handle small parts</li>\n <li>Ability to recognize quality issues and problems – detect defects</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions on productions</li>\n <li>Must be able to distinguish between part numbers and sizes</li>\n <li>Must be able to count and label parts accurately</li>\n <li>Must follow all safety policies and procedures and have good safety awareness and efficiency skills</li>\n <li>Basic English proficiency is required&nbsp;to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.</li>\n <li>Forklift and crane license a plus</li>\n</ul>",
