Directors are experienced in SAP S/4HANA for (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.) – roadmap, implementation, upgrade, migrations and support project(s). Experienced with analyzing the (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.) &nbsp;processes in an organization and design its processes and systems based on S/4 HANA processes and functionality.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Documented project experience in at least two full S/4HANA project lifecycles from planning to configuration through go-live.&nbsp; Specifically,</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Leads Fit2Standard Workshop with the customer, documents fit and potential gaps</span></li>\n   <li><span>Works with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet customer requirement Develops solution and work around to address potential gaps</span></li>\n   <li><span>Provides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration and potential extensibility</span></li>\n   <li><span>Defines analytics strategy for application area so that the customer gets relevant reports and business insights</span></li>\n   <li><span>Identification of Improvement potentials in continuous operations</span></li>\n   <li><span>Design of operations procedures</span></li>\n   <li><span>Supports training of key users at the customer for relevant application area</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Experience with FIORI Apps, Analytics and Query browser within (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.)</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven ability to assess the business model and its integration with technology&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Good understanding of cross functional integration and how to apply leading practices with an industry (Life Science, CPG, High Tech Manufacturing) and context focus&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent stakeholder management skills&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience from consultancy company will be an advantage&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>Travel is required as necessary for the project.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>In addition to the qualifications listed above, the firm places high emphasis on relevant personal qualities: entrepreneurial, creative, imaginative, resourceful, independent, motivated, professional, and collaborative.</span></p>",
