Many of our skilled nursing facilities have achieved a 4 or 5-star overall rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. <strong>Additionally, we have been awarded as a certified Great Place to Work for three years in a row and Modern Healthcare’s \"Best Places to Work!\"</strong></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Are you caring, compassionate, and desire to make a positive impact?</strong><strong>If the answer is “yes”, then we invite you to join our team at Signature Lifestyles!</strong></p>\n<h2>How you Will make a Difference</h2>\n<p>As a Resident Assistant your a responsible for performing support and assistance to nursing personnel and assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.</p>\n<p>Provide personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents daily and as needed.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.</li>\n <li>Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.</li>\n <li>Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What you Need to make a Difference</h2>\n<p>High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>If currently attending a CNA class working toward certification – may not work non-certified for more than four (4) months.</li>\n <li>Current/active CPR certification, preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
