font-size: 10pt\">Conduct end-to-end QC validation including income, assets, credit, collateral, compliance, and closing documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify underwriting, documentation, and compliance deficiencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure findings are accurately documented with clear root-cause analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure adherence to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Agency and Investor guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 600\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 5 years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting or Post-Closing QC.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Jumbo and Non-QM loan programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Agency and investor compliance standards</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
