The company currently operates 450 MW of wind and solar capacity, with a further 765 MW under construction. Grounded in its values, Mulilo fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration and purpose, while remaining committed to its environmental, social and governance responsibilities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About this role </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This service provides a fully functional, site-based project quality management capability for the construction phase, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory and Employer quality requirements, independent oversight of EPC contractor QA/QC activities, early defect prevention and issue resolution, and the delivery of handover-ready, quality-compliant assets that support controlled commissioning and predictable project close-out over the project execution period, typically 18 to 24 months.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Quality Management</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and manage the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) aligned to Employer requirements.</li>\n<li>Review and approve Contractor Project Quality Plans (PQP).</li>\n<li>Review and approve Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and contractual obligations.</li>\n<li>Enforce quality control processes across all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance &amp; Control Oversight</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and oversee Contractor QA/QC implementation on site.</li>\n<li>Ensure correct application of hold points and witness points.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular site inspections, surveillance, and audits.</li>\n<li>Verify material compliance, workmanship, and installation quality.</li>\n<li>Ensure traceability of materials, components, and installations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Non-Conformance Management</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure all non-conformances are: </span></li>\n<li>Properly identified</li>\n<li>Documented</li>\n<li>Categorised (Critical / Major / Minor)</li>\n<li>Track NCRs through to closure and verification</li>\n<li>Ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions.</li>\n<li>Escalate critical quality risks to Employer management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Procurement &amp; Free Issue Material (FIM) Control</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee quality aspects of procurement and supplier deliverables.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure Free Issue Materials (FIM) are: </span></li>\n<li>Inspected upon receipt</li>\n<li>Verified against specifications</li>\n<li>Properly stored and protected</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure all materials have: </span></li>\n<li>Certificates of compliance</li>\n<li>Test reports</li>\n<li>Traceability records</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Expediting</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor quality readiness of equipment and materials prior to delivery</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure completion of: </span></li>\n<li>Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)</li>\n<li>Inspection reports</li>\n<li>Certification documentation</li>\n<li>Prevent non-compliant materials arriving on site</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp;
