Company Overview Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets. Position Overview Immunome is seeking a talented and passionate cancer biologist with experience developing and championing novel therapeutic concepts in a fast-paced scientifically rigorous environment. The person in this position will be challenged to leverage their deep understanding of cancer biology, drug resistance mechanisms, and pharmacology to engineer the next generation of ADC therapeutics. In partnership with cross-functional teams across the company, they will lead the discovery, optimization, and nomination of new drug candidates for clinical development. Responsibilities Apply extensive knowledge of oncology and ADC pharmacology to formulate new therapeutic concepts and guide their development. Lead preclinical discovery efforts for novel ADC technologies from linker payload discovery through target selection, therapeutic design, in vitro and in vivo characterization, optimization, candidate nomination, and IND-enabling studies. Ensure seamless cross-functional integration with colleagues in antibody discovery, chemistry, translational sciences, program management, CMC, and clinical development and represent the biology perspective in discussions with other functional areas. Stay abreast of the latest scientific developments and trends in ADC technologies and integrate relevant advancements into program strategies. Contribute to patent filings, publications, and external presentations. Contribute to the preparation and review of regulatory documents, including IND submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Pharmacology, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related fields. A minimum of 4+ years of project leadership experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on preclinical drug development in immunology or oncology. Experience designing and interpreting in vitro and in vivo ADC assays, including target expression/internalization, payload mechanism of action, PK/PD and efficacy studies. Deep understanding of ADC design principles including the impact of target, antibody, and linker-payload properties on ADC safety and efficacy.
