Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field (MBA preferred) 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial, engineered systems, or environmental technologies Must have direct P&L responsibility, ideally within a $100M–$250M+ business unit. Strong background in: Industrial air pollution control / filtration Engineered-to-order (ETO) or project-based environments Experience in particulate control technologies: Dust collection / baghouses Cyclones and separators Scrubbers and filtration systems Exposure to industries such as: Chemical / petrochemical Power generation Semiconductor / advanced manufacturing M&A integration or portfolio transformation experience Demonstrated success leading global teams and complex operations Licensing and Certifications: Lean/Continuous Improvement Lean/Continuous Improvement Certification (Six Sigma Black Belt, Toyota Production Principles, Others) Travel Requirements (Requirement): Incumbents are expected to travel as needed to support assigned business lines(s) and must have the ability to travel across borders.
