field (MBA preferred)</li>\n <li>15+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial, engineered systems, or environmental technologies </li>\n <li>Must have direct P&L responsibility, ideally within a $100M–$250M+ business unit.</li>\n <li>Strong background in: Industrial air pollution control / filtration </li>\n <li>Engineered-to-order (ETO) or project-based environments </li>\n <li>Experience in particulate control technologies: </li>\n <li>Dust collection / baghouses </li>\n <li>Cyclones and separators </li>\n <li>Scrubbers and filtration systems </li>\n <li>Exposure to industries such as: </li>\n <li>Chemical / petrochemical </li>\n <li>Power generation </li>\n <li>Semiconductor / advanced manufacturing </li>\n <li>M&A integration or portfolio transformation
