    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>LSR Technician</p><p>PURPOSE:</p><p>Perform duties to provide prototype and production molds start up. Remove and install LSR molds, pumping stations and peripheral equipment.</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p><p>Organize and maintain storage areas for LSR molds.</p><p>Maintain and service pumping stations and pigment canisters used in production.</p><p>Work closely with maintenance and shift supervisors with any updates or changes to equipment or LSR presses.</p><p>Perform all mold changes and setups for presses that include automation. Process includes material changes of 40 - pound pail kits and 55 - gallons drums.</p><p>Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations; ensure work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly condition.</p><p>Work with production on processes and troubleshooting.</p><p>Monitor all operations for techniques, procedures, and proper adherence to documentation.</p><p>Perform product release in accordance with work instructions.</p><p>Maintain and document all process changes in accordance with work instructions.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Injection molding experience</li><li>Strong understanding of LSR materials, curing processes, and molding techniques</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets</li><li>Experience with mold setup, troubleshooting, and process adjustments</li></ul><p>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs. regularly</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li></ul><p>Work Environment:</p><ul><li>Manufacturing floor with exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery</li><li>Cleanroom environment may be required depending on production area</li><li>Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Safety glasses, ear plugs, etc...&nbsp;</li></ul></div>\n<br/>Midnight Shift:  12AM - 8AM",
