Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct GIS analysis, prepare maps, and create clear, compelling graphics to support project needs.</li>\n<li>Use tools like Vistro, Sidra, Synchro, and SimTraffic to perform traffic impact studies and transportation analyses, ensuring effective planning and flow.</li>\n<li>Conduct parking demand, occupancy, and shared parking studies to help projects optimize parking solutions.</li>\n<li>Perform site visits and collect valuable data to provide accurate, real-world insights for project development.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative transportation solutions.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineers and designers to research, analyze, and resolve complex transportation issues.</li>\n<li>Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project success.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent in relevant work experience.</li>\n<li>0-5 years of experience.</li>\n<li>Developing expertise in planning, analysis, design, and documentation.</li>\n<li>A passion for analyzing data and solving complex transportation challenges.</li>\n<li>Developing expertise in the principles, practices, and trends of transportation planning.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span><br>Our benefits reflect our inclusive values and are designed to ensure that all our people lead happy, healthy, and balanced lives.
