    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Duration:</strong>&nbsp;10 weeks</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> June 2027</p><p>Citizens Bank (“Citizens”) is seeking a Summer Analyst to join the Asset-Backed Securitization&nbsp;<span> </span>(“ABS”) team in Stamford, CT. The Summer Analyst&nbsp;will support senior team members in all aspects of ABS advisory, credit analysis, credit underwriting, client marketing, and deal execution. The ABS business provides securitization lending and term ABS bond underwriting to companies for financing a wide variety of underlying assets.</p><p>This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a high performing, rapidly growing, and entrepreneurial team within one of the largest regional banks in the country. The Summer Analyst will develop direct working relationships with key stakeholders and leaders across Citizens’ commercial bank.&nbsp;</p><p><u>Job Responsibilities</u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Support all aspects of ABS lending transaction origination, execution, and ongoing maintenance</li><li>Support ABS business management and reporting</li><li>Support the preparation of underwriting memos, transaction analysis and summaries</li><li>Participate in transaction due diligence calls and meetings</li><li>Perform market analysis and research as needed</li><li>Work collaboratively with key internal constituents and external transaction participants in support of ABS initiatives, including Portfolio Management and Credit Risk Management.</li><li>Monitor and research capital markets trends</li><li>Maintain internal deal and market databases</li><li>Contribute to business and client pitch &amp; data management processes</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Qualifications</u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving link.
