Cooper offers full and part time employees a comprehensive employee benefits program, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, on-site Early Education Center (employee discount), attractive working conditions, and the chance to build and explore a career opportunity by offering professional development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Short Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals</li>\n <li>Provide hands-on orthopedic interventions, including:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Therapeutic exercise</li>\n   <li>Manual therapy techniques</li>\n   <li>Neuromuscular re-education</li>\n   <li>Gait and balance training</li>\n   <li>IASTYM / Kinesiotaping</li>\n   <li>Modalities as indicated</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention</li>\n <li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed</li>\n <li>Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory guidelines</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare providers</li>\n <li>Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and quality of care</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment</li>\n <li>Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)</li>\n <li>CPR certification and BLS </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $42.00\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $60.00",
