    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Pictsweet Company is growing! Responsible for driving powered industrial truck equipment with lifting devices such as forklift and push/pull to support repack production and warehouse operations.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Check equipment on a daily basis, and report all unserviceable equipment to the Warehouse Lead, Shift Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or Maintenance.</li>\n <li>Ensure all paperwork is filled out neatly </li>\n <li>Pull and return all finished case & bulk product to designated location in the freezer in an accurate and efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Note and remove any damaged product.</li>\n <li>Weigh material and product according to standard operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Properly load and unload trucks and railcars according to standard operating procedures. </li>\n <li>Maintain the warehouse, docks, repack, and plant grounds in a neat and orderly manner by sweeping, picking up wrap, broken boards, slip sheets, and other trash.</li>\n <li>Keep stacks of pallets neat and orderly.</li>\n <li>Change out batteries and ensure that batteries are properly charged and handled with proper PPE.</li>\n <li>Assist in the cleanup of spilled bulk and case product in the freezers.</li>\n <li>Maintain regular and consistent attendance.</li>\n <li>Follow all Company policies and procedures, which include SOP’s, Employee Handbook, Food Safety and Quality Procedures, Food Quality Policies, GMP Handbook, HACCP, and Pictsweet Safety Procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform all other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>6+ months of experience on a stand-up forklift</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate verbally with management and truck drivers, as well as fill out required paperwork in English.</li>\n <li>Move products or materials by pushing, pulling, lifting and stacking.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years or older.</li>\n <li>Work effectively in very cold, wet, loud environment for up to 10 hours in a stand up position</li>\n <li>Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.</li>\n <li>Regularly stand, climb, walk, squat, kneel, crouch and crawl.</li>\n <li>Visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness, and quality of assigned work</li>\n <li>Move products or materials by pushing, pulling, lifting and stacking.</li>\n <li>Climb and descend steep stairs.</li>\n <li>Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li>\n <li>Frequent repetitive motion involving wrists, hands, fingers, and shoulders.</li>\n <li>Consistent repetitive motion involving wrists, hands, fingers, and shoulders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pictsweet is a drug-free workplace.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled/PWDNET</em></p>",
