In many cases our clients desire a softer security plan that meets their values and needs, but where high value people and assets are involved, others may prefer a more obvious security presence.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>In this role, ODOs must be:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for the life safety and physical security of assigned client</li>\r\n\t<li>Flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations</li>\r\n\t<li>Able to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our clients</li>\r\n\t<li>Able to create a safe and friendly setting for patrons and clients in a professional manner as well as safeguarding client assets</li>\r\n\t<li>Able to observe unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><em><strong>Requirements:</strong></em></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent preferred</strong></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Retired&nbsp;Law Enforcement with Peace Officer Standards &amp; Training (POST) Certification.</strong></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Minimum 10 year&rsquo;s related safety/law enforcement experience</strong></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Valid State Armed Security License and any additional certifications or licenses </strong></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Ability to physically stand for a minimum of 8 hours </strong></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Security personnel are to be certified and trained and will be assigned a variety of standing, sitting and walking posts.</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>As an ODO, you will play a vital role in maintaining public safety and upholding the law. You will be responsible for enforcing laws, preventing crime, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and ensuring the overall well-being of the community.
