The Production Operator must&nbsp;be able&nbsp;to communicate&nbsp;production status&nbsp;and&nbsp;escalate problems&nbsp;to&nbsp;proper&nbsp;personnel. All employees are provided a company issued respirator, which is properly fit by a physician. &nbsp;To perform this job, employees must be authorized by a physician to carry out all of the necessary job responsibilities while wearing a NIOSH respirator.&nbsp;</p><p>The noise level in the facility is moderate. In addition, the air temperature is warm in summer months and colder in the winter months. &nbsp;</p><p>The facility&nbsp;operates one&nbsp;shift:&nbsp;Monday &ndash; Friday,&nbsp;7:30am&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;4:00&nbsp;pm,&nbsp;with a 30&nbsp;min&nbsp;unpaid&nbsp;lunch break.</p><p>This position requires manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, attention to detail, lifting, bending, twisting, climbing, and the physical stamina to perform manual labor throughout the entire shift.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
