We are passionate about our work and committed to delivering high-quality design and installation services to our clients.  \\n\\n \\n\\nSummary Description: \\n\\nThe primary responsibility of the Interior Maintenance Horticulture Technician is to perform landscape maintenance tasks with care and efficiency. In order to ensure the highest level of services are provided, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. \\n\\n \\n\\nJob Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tExceed client expectations by providing professional, courteous and efficient service at all times.    \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tManage assigned client accounts and daily route effectively.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tResponsible for providing excellent care and service to client accounts by:   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tGrooming and trimming plants    \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tProbing soil for appropriate moisture levels   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tCleaning plants with a duster, hand washing and/or spraying as needed.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tKeep track of tools on job site   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tWrite up special services as needed, so they can be scheduled (large tree trimming, pesticide application, after hour cleaning request, large plant material transplanting and replacements.)   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tMust be able to drive in downtown urban areas.     \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tWork vehicle maintenance:   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tMaintain clean vehicle at all times, ensuring interior and exterior cleanliness.    \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tRemove personal items from vehicles daily (lunchboxes, cell phones, garbage, etc.).   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tAdhere to Company maintenance inspection policy.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tReport any and all accidents (regardless of nature and severity) immediately.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tIdentify plant replacements, create replacement tickets and install small replacement plants and flowers as needed.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tEnsure work sites are restored to original condition, or better if necessary, upon departure, ensuring no dirt, moss or debris is left behind upon completion of service.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tCultivate and maintain positive client relationships, including relationships with managers and co-workers.    \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tMaintain a positive, solution-oriented approach to service while communicating with our customers.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tProject a good company image to our customers and the general public at all times.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tEnsure a professional appearance, good hygiene and a clean uniform.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tUse proper horticultural references.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tUnderstand and uphold Interior Service Department Quality Standards.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tMust be able to identify common tropical plants.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tContinue own education by staying informed of industry trends, learning new skills and asking questions when appropriate.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tIs flexible and understands the importance of cooperation and teamwork.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tUse time management and organizational skills to prioritize and plan work for the day/week.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tReport problems and/or concerns with equipment and tools immediately.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tAdvise manager/s in a timely manner if additional assistance is needed so that it can be arranged.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tDrive safely! Respect the legal speed limits as posted.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tEnsure working hours, including overtime, have been recorded accurately and truthfully for each time period worked.   \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tParticipate in company LEAN activities and maintain areas as assigned. \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tOther duties as assigned.  \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tEnsure knowledge of appropriate safety and environmental revisions.
