We currently have an opportunity for a <strong>Training Specialist </strong>located at our facility in Huntersville, NC.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role: </strong></p>\n<p>As a Training Specialist, you will design, lead, and continuously improve training programs for new hires and existing production employees. You will facilitate leadership development initiatives across all levels of the organization and lead programs focused on employee engagement, retention, and career progression. In partnership with Human Resources and Production teams, you will align training efforts with hiring, staffing, and operational goals.
