This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, value safety, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver propane and fuel to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.</li>\n<li>Operate propane delivery trucks safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.</li>\n<li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>\n<li>Maintain clean and organized trucks and equipment to reflect professionalism</li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service.</li>\n<li>Adhere to company safety guidelines.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.</li>\n<li>Participate in an on-call rotation.</li>\n<li>Follow OSHA, DOT, and all state/federal safety and transport regulations.</li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Class A or B CDL (required), with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and manual transmission experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.</li>\n<li>Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks (preferred).</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform other physical tasks.</li>\n<li>Willing to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>\n<li>Comfortable using mobile devices and dispatch systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Availability to work full-time hours, overtime, and assist with disaster relief efforts as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience.</li>\n<li>Quarterly safety bonus.</li>\n<li>Medical, dental &amp; vision insurance.</li>\n<li>Short-term and long-term disability coverage.</li>\n<li>Life and AD&amp;D insurance.</li>\n<li>Voluntary accident and critical illness insurance.</li>\n<li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA).</li>\n<li>Holiday Savings Account.</li>\n<li>401(k) with 25% company match.</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO), which increases based on tenure.</li>\n<li>Paid holidays.</li>\n<li>Employee referral program.</li>\n<li>Propane discounts and more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Disclaimer &amp; Approvals:</span></p>\n<p>The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
