Our ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills and experience in building and strengthening relationships with customers. The Parts Advisor is a branch position assisting the branch&rsquo;s General and Service Manager, working as the &ldquo;face of the branch&rdquo; for the Parts &amp; Service Departments. The Parts Advisor will foster brand loyalty by providing accurate and timely technical support and offering equipment service programs to customers. Sales experience a plus, as the Parts Advisor will offer service program upsells as a problem solver when the opportunity exists.
