font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and test standard software applications, related programs, and procedures to ensure they meet design requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with team members to co-develop solutions and resolve problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Seize opportunities to build new technical expertise in a specific engineering area.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understand the significance of system and technology integration, as well as the fundamental features and processes involved.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Apply software design principles, data structures, design patterns, and computer science fundamentals to write clean, maintainable, optimized, and modular code with clear naming conventions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Utilise database design knowledge to address data requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration efforts when developing solutions to issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Think broadly, recognizing when policies and processes should be standardized and when variations across the organization are necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete tasks and/or provide data to support the implementation of holistic solutions that integrate structure, people, processes, and technology.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Apply formal training methods to current workloads.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Report clearly on work status. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you'll bring to us:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of experience Software Development with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with a Master's degree.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Built and maintained software projects/products in production environments within public or hybrid cloud infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in a JVM language, with moderate familiarity with other applicable languages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with data storage (SQL, NoSQL), designing scalable API access patterns, and building integrations between distributed services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of relevant technologies within their specialization as part of a broader ecosystem.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to grasp how projects fit within the team's objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with moderately complex systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to test and monitor personal code effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with testing and monitoring tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in debugging applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of how team goals align with business needs.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
