There is a strong emphasis on full-stack development, specifically .NET, React, and Message Systems. As a key contributor to our enterprise technology platform, you’ll help drive business value through modern architectures, emerging technologies, and enabling capabilities. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and the creation of best-in-class experiences for our engineering community. Join us and be part of a growing team shaping the future of enterprise software!</p>\n<h2>Work Location</h2>\n<p>This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events.  The position can be based in West Bend, Madison, or Appleton.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>.NET & REST expertise</li>\n <li>microservices experience</li>\n <li>React & React Hooks</li>\n <li>Familiarity with API specification and practices</li>\n <li>Automated unit, integration, and regression testing</li>\n <li>CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloud</li>\n <li>Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices</li>\n <li>Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Practical Experience With One Or More Of The Following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enterprise AI/LLM Engineering (Prompt Engineering, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, etc.)</li>\n <li>Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred)</li>\n <li>Event driven design.
