          "text": "<p><strong>The Schedule</strong></p><p>4:00pm - 12:30am</p><p>Split days off, weekends and holidays expected</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will be part of a team of people that work together in an environment that is friendly, yet productive.</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To</strong></p><ul><li>Picking full case produce orders onto a pallet</li><li>Utilizing a “hands free” voice pick headset system</li><li>Operate a riding pallet jack</li><li>Maintain product integrity</li><li>Wrapped and stage orders for completion for delivery to the customer</li><li>Maintain a safe warehouse environment</li><li>Meet all food safety program requirements</li><li>This is a steady paced position that requires a standard of a certain pieces per hour which is easily within reach for candidates that are hired on.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Here are a few things to be ready for (and don’t forget we will train and certify you):</strong></p><ul><li>Pick orders via headset using a voice pick system with attention to accuracy – each user trains to their unique voice and this is an easy process to learn</li><li>Organize the orders on pallets as you pick with integrity to the product (i.e. organic – fragile – etc.)</li><li>Operate equipment - riding pallet jack which we take the time to be sure everyone is safe to operate</li><li>Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations</li><li>Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-56 degrees</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently</li><li>Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment&#xa0;&#xa0;</li></ul>",
