Your tasks may include conducting routine inspections and maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, repairing building structures and equipment, and responding to emergency requests. To perform your job well, you must be competent in using various hand and power tools, possess basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, and have excellent communication skills.
