Reporting to the Director of Financial Performance and Systems, you will take on critical responsibilities related to the group's accounting cycle and contribute to the optimization of certain processes and tools.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join InnovMetric, a fast-growing, world-class company, and reach your full potential by contributing to the following activities:</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data</li>\n <li>Analyze detailed financial results and explain variances between actual results and forecasts</li>\n <li>Produce management reports, analyses, and dashboards to support decision-making</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency improvements</li>\n <li>Contribute to the structuring, analysis, and optimization of financial databases</li>\n <li>Develop and implement cost accounting methodologies aligned with industry best practices</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards (ASPE/IFRS) and company policies</li>\n <li>Support external audit processes by preparing audit schedules and providing required documentation</li>\n <li>Analyze, review, and resolve complex accounting discrepancies and issues</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of accounting policies, internal controls, and processes</li>\n <li>Participate in the implementation and evolution of accounting and financial systems </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting</li>\n <li>Be a certified CPA (an asset)</li>\n <li>Accumulate 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role or as a professional within accounting firms</li>\n <li>Show strong intellectual curiosity and excellent analytical and synthesis skills</li>\n <li>Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written*</li>\n <li>Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI</li>\n <li>Have knowledge of ERP and financial planning systems (an asset)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>InnovMetric offers excellent working conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible work schedule, allowing for a good balance between personal and professional life</li>\n <li>Possibility of teleworking </li>\n <li>Competitive salary </li>\n <li>Group insurance and telemedicine service</li>\n <li>Free tea, coffee, and parking</li>\n <li>Sports and social activities as well as IMBand music group (check it out on Youtube!)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who are we ?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>InnovMetric is an independent software development company that empowers manufacturers of every size to digitally transform their 3D measurement processes.
