    "description": "<p>Martin Concrete Construction is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading complex concrete projects, and takes pride in delivering high quality work on time and on budget.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Project Manager, you will oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, working closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and leadership. You will play a key role in planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution, making sure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This position is based in the Kennesaw office; however, </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">based on contractual and project requirements, the role may require full-time assignment at a project job site and will involve travel as needed.</span><span> If you thrive on challenge and want to make a tangible impact, this is the role for you.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>• Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout</p>\n<p>• Work full-time from assigned job sites as needed, coordinating closely with field teams, clients, and leadership<br>• Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans<br>• Review project labor costs weekly with Superintendents to ensure budgets are maintained<br>• Oversee project productivity, cost control, quality, and safety in line with company policies<br>• Coordinate with operations teams on formwork, logistics, schedules, and budgets<br>• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure plans, schedules, and expectations are aligned<br>• Manage material buyouts and ensure timely delivery to jobsites<br>• Prepare and issue change orders, proposals, RFPs, budgets, and preliminary schedules<br>• Track project progress, quality of work, and overall performance<br>• Attend client and internal meetings and assist with project requirement planning<br>• Maintain contract execution logs and manage change notices and documentation<br>• Ensure all required project closeout documents are completed<br>• Share lessons learned and contribute ideas to improve company processes<br>• Keep executive management informed of project status and potential issues</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p>• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field<br>• Strong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods<br>• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously<br>• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills<br>• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills<br>• Ability to identify and resolve complex construction challenges<br>• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team<br>• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines<br>• Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<p>• OSHA Certification<br>• Bilingual English Spanish<br>• Experience with AutoCAD or Tekla</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Martin Concrete Construction?</span></p>\n<p><span>At Martin Concrete Construction, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
