    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>This role will support operations &amp; maintenance by troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, &amp; software systems during repairs. This role will also support engineering by recommending &amp; assisting with improvements to production processes &amp; integrating new technologies into production equipment</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Essential Functions</strong>:</p><p>Support maintenance, operations, and quality with repairs and redesigns to meet production goals.</p><p>Assist &amp;/or lead in troubleshooting &amp; repair of down production equipment</p><p>Assist in integrating new technologies into equipment and processes</p><p>Analyze &amp; resolve machine material handling &amp; quality problems and assist in implementing corrective actions.</p><p>Root cause analysis</p><p>Perform continuous improvement activities for quality and throughput</p><p>Assist &amp;/or lead in the design, fabrication, installation, start-up, &amp; commissioning of new production equipment &amp; systems</p><p>Assist with parts research &amp; inventory</p><p>Keep accurate records of maintenance activities</p><p>Read &amp; interpret equipment manuals, schematics, drawings, &amp; work orders in order to perform necessary maintenance tasks and service.</p><p>Maintenance Engineer Technician may be directed to perform &amp; complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by management that may, or may not, be related to maintenance issues.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong>:</p><p>Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, lectronic Technology, a related field or equivalent work experience.</p><p>Proficient knowledge &amp; understanding of electromechanical systems</p><p>Knowledge &amp; understanding of computer code;<em>&nbsp;</em>C++, LabVIEW, &amp;/or Python experience a plus. &nbsp;</p><p>Knowledge of wiring standards &amp; ability to work with 24VDC through 480VAC 3-Phase</p><p>Basic working knowledge of 2D &amp;/or 3D CAD software.</p><p>Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools such as wrenches, drills, saws, etc.</p><p>Ability to communicate effectively &amp; work with multidisciplinary teams.</p><p>Ability to prioritize time and handle multiple projects</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong>:</p><p>Must be able to lift 50lbs</p><p>Must be comfortable being subjected to load noises from manufacturing processes</p><p>Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, &amp; stand for prolonged periods. Ability to climb steps, ladders, &amp; move effectively around machinery.</p><p>Must be able to work at heights using proper fall protection</p><p>Must be able to work around machinery requiring hearing protection, hard hat, safety glasses, hard toed shoes, and occasional dust mask or respirator.</p></div>\n",
