This role provides hands-on support to technicians, construction crews, and field leadership by assisting with job site preparation, material handling, equipment setup, and general labor tasks.</p><p data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"831\">The Crew Helper plays an important role in maintaining safe, organized, and efficient job sites while learning the technical aspects of pool construction and service operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience and grow within the pool and outdoor living industry.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1ibsx6c\" data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"859\">Core Responsibilities</h2><h3 data-section-id=\"1c71y5c\" data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"890\">Job Site &amp; Crew Support</h3><ul data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1338\"><li data-section-id=\"153amb0\" data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"985\">Assist with setup and preparation of pool construction, maintenance, and service job sites</li><li data-section-id=\"1ip44hr\" data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1069\">Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed</li><li data-section-id=\"vgtbd3\" data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1173\">Support technicians and crew leaders with digging, cleaning, assembly, and basic installation tasks</li><li data-section-id=\"i2bma3\" data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1256\">Assist with movement and staging of construction materials and pool components</li><li data-section-id=\"1dej8xu\" data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1338\">Help maintain organized and efficient work areas throughout project execution</li></ul><h3 data-section-id=\"sdook9\" data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1373\">Safety &amp;
