font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Attend to patients’ personal care and needs, </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">ie, foley care, bathing, hair washing, clean </span><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">linens, mouth care, back rubs, etc., and document </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">as appropriate.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist nursing personnel in treating, lifting, </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">turning, and positioning, restraining, feeding, ambulating, and weighing patients.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist in the maintenance of a safe, comfortable, </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">and therapeutic environment.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Assist with departments’ cleaning activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Communicate in a timely and accurate manner with staff, patients/family, physicians, and other ancillary personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Attend meetings and in-services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What you bring to the table: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Successful completion of certified nurse aide program is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Basic Life Support certified within 1 month of employment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Ability to deal understandingly and tactfully in a professional manner with ill patients and their families.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques involved in performing general nursing services and adapting or modifying standard nursing practices for care of specific cases.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Familiarity with organization, standards, policies, regulations, and procedures of hospital as they relate to nursing service.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Possess interpersonal skills needed to function in a “team setting”.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Ability to be tactful and courteous to patients/residents, visitors and staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Appropriate personal hygiene.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Ability to work in close cooperation with others and the Department Leader.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
