    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for the planning and performance monitoring of assigned&nbsp;<br>projects, including providing guidance to operational managers through the implementation of project controls processes, procedures, and contracts. The incumbent will track performance daily, weekly, and monthly, and incorporate quantitative and qualitative analysis, to define both the physical and the economic performance of the projects and recommend action to be taken should deviations from the optimal performance be highlighted.&nbsp;<br><br>The incumbent will work to ensure that the business objectives of Redpath USA Corporation are consistently&nbsp;<br>achieved by developing, implementing, and maintaining the project baseline and project execution plans and&nbsp;<br>estimates, inclusive of setting up all project administrative aspects.</p>",
