      "value": "<strong>Working Schedule</strong><br><ul><li>Freelance engagement with flexible assignment based on operational requirements.</li><li>From 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, candidates must guarantee availability of a minimum of 18 days per month. Following this period, the company guarantees a minimum of 4 duty days per month.</li><li>Additional duty days may be assigned based on operational needs and mutual agreement.</li><li>Duty planning and assignment of flight duties are conducted in accordance with applicable EASA regulations and company Flight Time Limitations (FTL) policies.</li></ul><br>We offer a dynamic freelance role within a professional aviation environment, where safety, teamwork, and service excellence are at the core of everything we do.
