    "description": "<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong><em>&ldquo;Recreate&rdquo; a better life with a career in the field of Parks &amp; Recreation!</em></strong></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">JOB SUMMARY</span></strong></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Park Center Health and Fitness is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to be a part of our fitness team. </span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">The Fitness Desk Staff member is responsible for overseeing the fitness center during assigned shifts, and performing the following duties, but not limited to:</span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Check patrons into the computer system, answer phone calls and complete transactions.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Ensure patrons are following facility rules, encourage proper equipment sanitation, and provide exceptional customer service.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility by refilling amenities, completing laundry, and cleaning locker rooms, fitness equipment, and the fitness desk area.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Conduct facility tours and track prospective member inquiries.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Provide equipment orientations for new members.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Administer basic first aid to patrons when needed.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Perform duties that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">High School Diploma or equivalent required.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic personality required.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Previous customer service experience is highly desirable. </span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Proficiency with computers and basic computer applications.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">Applicants must be at least 18 years old of age.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">SCHEDULING &amp; PAY</span></strong></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',serif\"><span style=\"font-family:'Arial Narrow',sans-serif\">This is a <strong>year-round</strong> part-time. Seasonal applicants will not be considered.
