• Ensure seamless integration of materials, hardware, software, and process changes
• Troubleshoot process and system issues in collaboration with engineering teams
• Develop and execute test plans; analyze and communicate results
• Maintain progress toward program deliverables and proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risks or issues
• Perform CT scanning and analysis to support material characterization and process validation
• Conduct microscopy analysis to identify microstructural features, defects, and material performance indicators
• Operate and maintain thermal‑processing equipment including autoclaves, furnaces, and ovens to support development and testing workflows
• Operate Instron mechanical testing systems and analyze resulting data to inform material behavior, process optimization, and system performance
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, materials processing, or related field
• Hands‑on experience developing, refining, or scaling manufacturing processes

• Experience working collaboratively across disciplines in a technical environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with composites, additive manufacturing, or advanced materials
• Experience with process development on novel or first of its kind hardware systems
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methods (Python, MATLAB, statistical methods, etc.)
• Experience with system integration, verification, or hardware testing
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, controls, materials, or software domains
