    "description": "<p>We are seeking a graveyard shift Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all residents. The shift is 11 pm to 9 am Wednesday thru Saturday.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.</li>\n<li>Ensure that all residents receive appropriate care and support, including medical and behavioral needs.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.</li>\n<li>Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Able to pass a State of Oregon conducted background check.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
