We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team in Goodyear, AZ with Data Center experience. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Lead all aspects of assigned responsibilities on construction projects, not limited to, but inclusive of the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project set up with project budget and schedule creation including oversight.</li>\n <li>RFP development, pre-bid planning, oversight, and coordination.</li>\n <li>Leading all design phases and document management working internally with stakeholder groups and SME’s.</li>\n <li>Coordination and supervision of contractors. Either traditional contractors or design build contractors.</li>\n <li>Oversight of physical construction activities on site.</li>\n <li>Leading commissioning of critical systems integration across new customer builds and existing data centers.</li>\n <li>Hand-off of physical data center and project documents to customer and operations.</li>\n <li>Management in contractor safety performance.</li>\n <li>Coordination and logistical planning for all OFCI equipment.</li>\n <li>Management of project scope, safety, schedule, stakeholder, data center work rules, and budget.</li>\n <li>Drive all aspects of construction including pre-construction, design development, permitting and entitlements, competitive bid process, team selection, construction oversight, commissioning, and project closeout.</li>\n <li>Act as project leader, drive coordination and integration of internal customers within the project.</li>\n <li>For assigned construction projects, manage General Contractors and vendors project management resources.</li>\n <li>Report to assigned Client's Special Projects team and manager.</li>\n <li>Manage assigned portfolio execution on projects from concept through commissioning and prepare various reports on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.</li>\n <li>Drive day-to-day construction decisions to conclusion.</li>\n <li>QA/QC work of assigned projects to confirm accuracy.</li>\n <li>Handle inputs and delivery of work products with internal team members to ensure that new data center spaces follow all applicable client requirements.</li>\n <li>Establish and track project budgets. Submit approval packages to TOF approval group.</li>\n <li>Partner with Base Building Director(s), Construction Cost & Finance to produce monthly project forecasts including variance analyses as well as execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and project authorizations for new and existing contractors and vendors.</li>\n <li>Vendor/Contractor management including qualification and relationship building/maintenance.</li>\n <li>Review monthly billing with team, confirm substantiation and audit vs budget.</li>\n <li>Ensure ‘lessons learned’ are held and placed in the feedback loop to drive continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Ensure project team aligns with project turnover documentation requirements to Operations.</li>\n <li>Work closely with Operations to coordinate design criteria and construction with ongoing maintenance and operation of existing facilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a similar field.</li>\n <li>5+ years of project management experience is required, 7-10 years is preferred.</li>\n <li>Sophisticated and technical construction experience is required.</li>\n <li>Data Center and General Contractor experience is preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Procore software preferred.</li>\n <li>Travel may be required and could grow, but will be assessed by the project team.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>At Colliers Engineering & Design, our people are our most important resource.
