This site produces highly engineered components for paper, film and foil industry, as well as material handling systems for a broad set of markets. The Operations Manager position directly supervises the machine shop lead, the assembly department lead, shipping/receiving, along with indirect responsibility for all Production department personnel. This position requires a hands-on leader, who spends most of their time on the production floor leading, supporting, and mentoring their team of approximately 15 people. This role requires a leader who can successfully develop and implement a plant-level continuous improvement program to drive higher performance across Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery, and Cost; with emphasis in utilizing Lean Transformation and Six Sigma principles.
