This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3-4 years of experience leading Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and coordinating Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions.</li><li>Proven track record of driving continuous improvement, utilizing systematic root-cause analysis, and leading or participating in Six Sigma projects.</li><li>Proficiency applying statistical tools (e.g., SPC, capability studies, data collection, and analytical methods) to monitor and improve process performance.</li><li>Experience leading audits of processes and quality management systems to meet international, industry, and customer standards (e.g., Layered Process Audits).</li><li>Experience balancing scope, schedule, and resources for temporary plant and quality projects.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Base salary range: &nbsp;$81,767.12 - $102,208.90<br>Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
