    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide proactive recommendations to the Company on how to manage and avoid contractual /commercial conflict as well as being able to provide mitigation strategies should conflict exist.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Closely coordinate with the Client, PMC Teams and EPCIC Contractor teams to ensure effective contractual and commercial agreement and timely and quality delivery of the EPCIC contractor Sow.</li>\n <li>Manage claims and variations and all contract management activities including engagement of corporate legal department where necessary.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Engage and built/maintained relationships with the Client, PMC teams and EPCIC contractors&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Managing the receipt of all contract deliverables for timely work handover and close-out of contracts.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Etc.<br><br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree in Contract Management or related discipline with minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in contracting, of which ten (10) years are in the offshore Oil &amp; Gas industry.</li>\n <li>Must be able to demonstrate skills / experience for managing and protecting Client and T. EN contractual and commercial positions</li>\n <li>Experience of managing high value technically complex contracts while ensuring that contractors comply with their contractual obligations.</li>\n <li>Good project coordination, communication and negotiation skills; able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a project-based environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficiency in English and Indonesian is an advantage.<br><br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Experience handling variations, extensions of time, claims, and dispute resolution.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong understanding of contract administration best practices.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability.</span></li>\n</ul>",
