    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><br></p></div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Southwood Realty is currently seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our team. &nbsp;In this position, the Service Plumber will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems on our properties. &nbsp;</p><p>We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and consistent work. &nbsp; Experienced and qualified individuals are encouraged to apply. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide for safe conditions while working and for operations of all plumbing systems with Southwood Realty.</li><li>Receive and complete work orders.</li><li>Maintain accurate records on material and labor used.</li><li>Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time.</li><li>In depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems.</li><li>Able to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Able to perform all types of plumbing duties such as repairing and replacing sinks, toilets, sewer lines, water lines, water meters, repairing leakages, and installing pipes.</li><li>Respond to emergency calls as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Requirements:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential buildings.</li><li>Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment: &nbsp;pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, augers etc.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Friendly with a great deal of patience.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be willing to travel.</li><li>Prefer at least 5 years&rsquo; Service Plumbing experience in residential and light commercial.</li><li>Utility piping repairs experience preferred.</li><li>Sewer jetter experience preferred.</li><li>Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.</li><li>Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
