    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Seasonal Camp Music &amp; Creative Movement Instructor</span></p>\n<p>ATH | Summer Camp – Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Title:</span> Seasonal Camp Music &amp; Creative Movement Instructor<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department:</span> Kid’s Camp<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports To:</span> Day Camp Director<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span> Part-Time Seasonal (15 hours per week; approximately 3 hours per day)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Seasonal Camp Music &amp; Creative Movement Instructor is responsible for designing and leading a fun, high-energy music program for campers ages 4 through 12 at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club Summer Day Camp.</p>\n<p>This is not a traditional classroom-style music position. The ideal candidate will create an interactive experience that feels more like gym class with music. Incorporating movement, rhythm games, group singing, dance, and team-based activities in an engaging and inclusive environment.</p>\n<p>The summer camp operates from June through August, with staff training beginning in June. This position requires working both indoors and outdoors and remaining active throughout programming.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with children in a group setting</li>\n<li>Background in music, performing arts, education, or recreation preferred</li>\n<li>Comfortable leading large, active groups of children ages 4–12</li>\n<li>Energetic, organized, and dependable</li>\n<li>Ability to remain physically active for extended periods</li>\n<li>CPR certification preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and lead daily interactive music and movement sessions</li>\n<li>Create age-appropriate, engaging activities that encourage participation</li>\n<li>Prepare materials and maintain organization of supplies</li>\n<li>Supervise campers and enforce camp safety guidelines</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with the Camp Director and staff</li>\n<li>Serve as a positive role model for campers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Standards</span></p>\n<p>Performance will be evaluated based on:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality and energy of programming</li>\n<li>Camper engagement and participation</li>\n<li>Professionalism and reliability</li>\n<li><span>Adherence to Club policies</span></li>\n</ul>",
