At Alisio`s, every detail contributes to the guest&#39;s journey, and your role helps create a space that feels welcoming, cared for, and connected.&nbsp;</p><p>A <strong>BUSSER,&nbsp;</strong>you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and supporting the flow of service. Your attention to detail and sense of urgency helps ensure a smooth experience for both guest and team, contributing to a positive and memorable visit for everyone who walks through the doors.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow or service</li><li>Assist servers by refilling water, bringing extra utensils, and delivering food when needed</li><li>Help with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts</li><li>Support kitchen and waitstaff by running food and assisting in other tasks as needed</li><li>Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding guest experience</li><li>Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guest and team members</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe restaurant environment</li><li>Transport full bus bins to dishwasher regularly&nbsp;</li><li>Routinely sweep and mop floors, wipe windows and mirrors and take out the trash, recycling and compost when full</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.</li><li>Working knowledge of spirits, wine and food</li><li>Awareness of basic safety sanitation policies</li><li>Ability to acquire a Food Handlers license, Sexual Harassment certification and RBS (Alcohol) certification (before or within 2 weeks of hire date)</li></ul><p><strong>A few reasons why you`ll love your job:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to be a part of a growing and passionate company and team</li><li>Unique opportunity to bridge culture through food</li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K)</li><li>Family meals provided</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO):&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Alisio`s provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics and other protected classes.
