If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve just found it.We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Sr Advanced Configuration Management Associate</strong>, duties will include, but not be limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with hardware, software, test, and installation team members on build schedule(s) then initiate the build and packaging process.</li>\n <li>Create and evaluate system installation procedures for software and firmware releases.</li>\n <li>Work with technicians and SMEs to generate, review and execute associated build documentation for correctness to ensure product quality.</li>\n <li>Manage the configuration of software/firmware builds, ensuring the software/firmware components are properly controlled, tracked, and stored.</li>\n <li>Ensure the software builds are repeatable with no errors on all versions of media and can be replicated at any stage of its development and/or or post-development.</li>\n <li>Ensure the software, test, and production environments match the final lab and shipboard installation builds.</li>\n <li>Coordinate shipments of media to customer locations.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with other programs/projects for software and firmware release posts and notifications.</li>\n <li>Tracking and managing the required licenses for servers and network switches including license counts and usages.</li>\n <li>Contributing to required contract deliverable documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent knowledge of MIL-HDBK-61, DoD standards, and Configuration Management practices.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) applications (Windchill). </li>\n <li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.</li>\n <li>Adheres to company Configuration/Data Management policies.</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Commitment to You:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An exciting career path with opportunities for continuous learning and development.</li>\n <li>Research oriented work, alongside award winning teams developing practical solutions for our nation’s security</li>\n <li>Competitive benefits, including 401k matching, flex time off, paid parental leave, healthcare benefits, health & wellness programs, employee resource and social groups, and more</li>\n <li>See more at gdmissionsystems.com/careers/why-work-for-us/benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Workplace Options:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position is fully on-site with an opportunity for hybrid/flex over time.</li>\n <li>While on-site, you will be a part of the Progeny Systems team in Manassas at the Innovation site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#CJ2</p>\n<p>#LI-Hybrid</p>\n<h2>Salary Note</h2>This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
