POSITION:</span><span><span> </span></span></b><span><span>The Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Rental Lead role</span><span><span> </span></span><span>is responsible fo</span><span>r</span><span><span> </span>delivering exceptional guest experiences on the water while</span><span><span> </span></span><span>maintainin</span><span>g</span><span><span> </span>the highest standards of safety and equipment care.<span> </span></span><span>This position combines instruction/guiding, guest service, equipment management, and oversight of daily operations, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy leading a department, working outdoors, and engaging with guests in an active environment.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide friendly, professional service to all guests<span> </span></span><span>participating</span><span><span> </span>in paddleboard rentals </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Assist guests with equipment including life jacket and paddle board equipment</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Deliver basic SUP guidance with rentals, including paddling techniques, and basic on-water guidance</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure all guests are properly fitted with required safety equipment, including U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Oversee daily operations of SUP rentals, communicating with retail management any guest feedback,<span> </span></span><span>needs</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>or concerns</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Assist</span><span><span> </span>with launching and retrieving paddleboards</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintain rental equipment, including cleaning, inspection, and proper storage</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Enforce all Deer Valley and<span> </span></span><span>state</span><span><span> </span>safety policies and procedures</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Complete incident reports and communicate any safety concerns promptly</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Understand and communicate Deer Valley policies and procedures as needed</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Follow aquatic invasive species protocols, including cleaning and draining equipment between uses</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and<span> </span></span><span>assist</span><span><span> </span>in response situations as needed</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Complete and<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span><span> </span>proper documentation, including liability waivers and incident reporting</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Support daily setup and breakdown of rental be at least 18 years old</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Current CPR and First Aid experience<span> </span></span><span>required</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Prior paddleboarding, boating, or outdoor recreation experience
