    "description_html": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>SMHWI is seeking a <strong>full-time, remote Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)</strong> to provide psychiatric care across a <strong>detoxification program, residential treatment center, and intensive outpatient program (IOP)</strong> in New Mexico. This role supports comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.&nbsp;</p><p>The PMHNP will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality psychiatric assessment, medication management, and treatment planning across multiple levels of care.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Coverage</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Monday–Friday:</strong> 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Weekend Coverage:</strong> 2 weekends per month&nbsp;</li><li><strong>On-Call Rotation:</strong> 1 week per month&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Remote Position</strong> (New Mexico and Nevada licensed, with DEA)&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients in:&nbsp;</li><li>Detox&nbsp;</li><li>Residential treatment&nbsp;</li><li>Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)&nbsp;</li><li>Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing, and case management teams&nbsp;</li><li>Provide clinical oversight and support for detox protocols and stabilization&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings&nbsp;</li><li>Support continuity of care and discharge planning&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to on-call clinical needs during assigned coverage periods&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations&nbsp;</li></ul>",
